Strategic management of international transportation in a transport and logistics company

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to study the theoretical foundations and problems of the strategic management of international transportation in transport and logistics companies and to develop project recommendations for optimizing international transportation processes, including the implementation of blockchain technologies, to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. The subject of the research is the implementation of strategic management principles and advanced technologies in the transport and logistics company FTP LLC. The object of the research is the processes of strategic management of international transportation in the transport and logistics company FTP LLC. Methods of research are scientific inquiry, empirical, analysis and synthesis, modeling, expert assessments, extrapolation of time series. Materials of the qualification paper are recommended for applying during scientific research, in the educational process and the practical activities of logistics department specialists. Метою дослідження є дослідження теоретичних основ та проблем стратегічного управління міжнародними перевезеннями в транспортно-логістичних компаніях та розробка проектних рекомендацій щодо оптимізації міжнародних транспортних процесів, у тому числі впровадження блокчейн-технологій, для підвищення ефективності та конкурентоспроможності. Предметом дослідження є реалізація принципів стратегічного управління та передових технологій у транспортно-логістичній компанії ТОВ «ФТП». Об "єктом дослідження є процеси стратегічного управління міжнародними перевезеннями в транспортно-логістичній компанії ТОВ" ФТП ". Методи дослідження: наукові дослідження, емпіричні, аналіз і синтез, моделювання, експертні оцінки, екстраполяція часових рядів. Матеріали кваліфікаційної роботи рекомендовані до застосування під час наукових досліджень, у навчальному процесі та практичній діяльності фахівців кафедри логістики.
