Коли до гастрономічно-кулінарної подорожі запрошує фразеологія

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано значення знайомства з іншомовною фразеологією, що містить гастрономічно-кулінарну лексику, для розуміння національного менталітету та національних традицій. Пояснюється, чому в навчанні іноземної мови та культури доцільно та важливо організувати засвоєння сталих виразів, які відображають культуру харчування французів і британців: фразеологізми віддзеркалюють певні цивілізаційні процеси, соціокультурні реалії, стиль мислення носіїв мови. Увагу акцентовано на особливостях походження та можливостях семантизації сталих виразів. Конкретизовано шляхи дидактичної експлуатації фразеологічного матеріалу гастрономічно-кулінарної тематики в навчанні іноземних мов і культур. The article analyzes the importance of getting to know foreign language phraseology, which contains gastronomic and culinary vocabulary, for understanding the national mentality and national traditions. It is explained why in teaching a foreign language and culture it is expedient and important to organize the acquisition of stable expressions that reflect the food culture of the French and the British: phraseological units reflect certain civilizational processes, sociocultural realities, and the way native speakers think. Attention is focused on the peculiarities of the origin and the possibilities of semanticization of fixed expressions. The ways of didactic exploitation of the phraseological material dealing with gastronomic and culinary topics in teaching foreign languages and cultures are specified.
