    In the context of globalization, cultural diplomacy demands creativity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build partnerships based on mutual respect rather than political power. A successful diplomat combines knowledge of international law and politics with cultural awareness, flexibility, and the ability to inspire confidence in Ukraine as a reliable and open partner. Cultural diplomacy is one of the most powerful and peaceful means of influencing international opinion. For Ukraine, it has become an essential component of strengthening state identity and global reputation. By developing a coherent national cultural strategy, supporting creative industries, and empowering young diplomats with intercultural and digital skills, Ukraine can ensure that its culture remains a driving force of international understanding and cooperation. В умовах глобалізації культурна дипломатія вимагає креативності, емоційного інтелекту та здатності будувати партнерські відносини, засновані на взаємній повазі, а не на політичній силі. Успішний дипломат поєднує знання міжнародного права та політики з культурною обізнаністю, гнучкістю та здатністю вселяти довіру до України як надійного та відкритого партнера. Культурна дипломатія є одним із найпотужніших та наймирніших засобів впливу на міжнародну громадську думку. Для України вона стала важливим компонентом зміцнення державної ідентичності та світової репутації. Розробляючи цілісну національну культурну стратегію, підтримуючи креативні індустрії та надаючи молодим дипломатам міжкультурні та цифрові навички, Україна може забезпечити, щоб її культура залишалася рушійною силою міжнародного порозуміння та співпраці.
