This is a contemporary kind of mobility that enables students to acquire qualifications with a difference, enhance their employment chances and integrate into various communities.Item Application of the Principle of Non-Intervention in International Law in the Context of Cyberattack(European Open Science Space, 2025) Yakovliev Andrii; Zhyhaliuk Olexandr; Vasylyshyna NataliiaThis article analyzes the key challenges in applying the principle of non-intervention in international law to cyberattacks, with a focus on issues such as attribution, the determination of the threshold of coercion, and the adaptation of traditional norms to the digital domain. The principle of non-intervention, enshrined in the UN Charter, is designed to safeguard state sovereignty against external coercive interference but encounters difficulties due to the anonymity of actions and the ambiguity of harm in cyberoperations. International frameworks, such as the Tallinn Manual 2.0, establish minimum protection standards; however, the absence of clear criteria results in legal gaps. The principle of reciprocity encourages states to enhance their defenses against cyberinterference, promoting the harmonization of national legal frameworks. The international governance system for cyberspace seeks to balance state interests with global security, thereby fostering stability in the digital realm. У цій статті аналізуються ключові проблеми застосування принципу невтручання в міжнародному праві до кібератак, зосереджуючись на таких питаннях, як атрибуція, визначення порогу примусу та адаптація традиційних норм до цифрової сфери. Принцип невтручання, закріплений у Статуті ООН, покликаний захистити суверенітет держав від зовнішнього примусового втручання, але стикається з труднощами через анонімність дій та неоднозначність шкоди в кіберопераціях. Міжнародні рамки, такі як Талліннський посібник 2.0, встановлюють мінімальні стандарти захисту; однак відсутність чітких критеріїв призводить до правових прогалин. Принцип взаємності заохочує держави посилювати свій захист від кібервтручання, сприяючи гармонізації національних правових баз. The principle of independence of protection means that copyright protection may vary in scope and duration across different countries, depending on their national legislation. International conventions establish minimum standards of protection, which include both economic and moral rights of authors, contributing to the harmonization of national laws. The principle of reciprocity encourages countries to enhance their level of copyright protection by offering benefits to authors from states with equivalent protection levels. The system of international copyright protection aims to strike a balance between the interests of authors and the public, supporting the development of creativity and cultural exchange in a global context. У тексті досліджуються ключові принципи міжнародної охорони авторських прав та їхня роль у глобальній системі захисту творчих прав. Принцип незалежності охорони означає, що захист авторських прав може відрізнятися за обсягом та тривалістю в різних країнах залежно від їхнього національного законодавства. Міжнародні конвенції встановлюють мінімальні стандарти захисту, які включають як економічні, так і моральні права авторів, сприяючи гармонізації національного законодавства. Принцип взаємності заохочує країни підвищувати рівень захисту авторських прав, пропонуючи пільги авторам з держав з еквівалентним рівнем захисту. These dictionaries are indispensable for all individuals involved in legal matters, including students, professionals, and the general public, as they foster a common and accurate understanding of specialized terminology. Legal dictionaries often cite significant cases and statutes, which can aid in further research, and are essential for ensuring correct terminology when drafting legal documents or presenting a case. Dictionaries have long been considered a vital resource for acquiring a second language. Clearly, they can improve learners' skills in both comprehending and utilizing the language. For example, when students come across unfamiliar terms in the target language, they can refer to dictionaries, which aids them in grasping the meanings more effectively. Використання юридичного словника є надзвичайно важливим для надання точних та достовірних визначень юридичної термінології, що допомагає роз'яснити складну мову в юридичному контексті. Ці словники незамінні для всіх осіб, залучених до юридичних питань, включаючи студентів, фахівців та широку громадськість, оскільки вони сприяють загальному та точному розумінню спеціалізованої термінології. Юридичні словники часто цитують важливі справи та статути, що може допомогти в подальших дослідженнях, і є важливим для забезпечення правильної термінології під час складання юридичних документів або представлення справи. Словники вже давно вважаються життєво важливим ресурсом для вивчення другої мови. Очевидно, що вони можуть покращити навички учнів як у розумінні, так і в використанні мови. The matter is that post Covid and War Periods have introduced huge changes in the life of Ukraine that have been also reflected in the area of high education, in particular technological tools, Google Classes. Meets, Zoom, AI active implementation in daily professional collaboration. Thus, in order to adapt to modern global changes educators should or sometimes have to introduce novelties, innovations into teaching process keeping it contemporary, competitive and effective. Актуальність цього лінгвістико-педагогічного дослідження була визначена низкою факторів, одним з яких є наявність професійних курсів з англійської мови в університетських програмах та навчальних планах під назвами «Ділова англійська», «Теорія та практика перекладу», «Іноземна мова за спеціальністю», «Іноземна мова (базовий курс)», «Іноземна мова (нормативний курс)» та навіть «Перекладацька практика» на факультеті міжнародних відносин, що вимагає постійного їх удосконалення для підготовки освічених та затребуваних у світі, конкурентоспроможних фахівців в Україні. Річ у тім, що постковідний та воєнний періоди принесли величезні зміни в життя України, які також відобразилися у сфері вищої освіти, зокрема, у технологічних інструментах, таких як Google Classes, Meets, Zoom, активне впровадження штучного інтелекту у щоденну професійну співпрацю. Phraseological units are not only able to express the idea more concisely, but also to convey the attitude.Item Global Regulation of Artificial Intelligence within the Framework of International Law: Contemporary Challenges, Legal Frameworksand Harmonization Mechanisms(European Open Science Space, 2026) Vasylyshyna Nataliia; Yakovlev Andrei; Liashenko MargarytaThis article investigates the systemic normative disruption caused by the rapid proliferation of artificial intelligence (AI) within the global legal order. It critically analyzes the fragmentation of international law arising from competing models of digital sovereignty and the limitations of traditional state-centric liability regimes. The study argues that the dichotomy between soft law and hard law is shifting towards a hybrid governance model. This model relies on the extraterritorial Brussels Effect of the EU, the strategic use of Free Trade Agreements, and the normative baseline of the Council of Europe’s Framework Convention. The authors propose a layered regulation scenario to mitigate the risks of regulatory arbitrage and ensure human rights protection. У цій статті досліджується системний нормативний зрив, спричинений швидким поширенням штучного інтелекту (ШІ) у світовому правопорядку. У ній критично аналізується фрагментація міжнародного права, що виникає внаслідок конкуруючих моделей цифрового суверенітету та обмежень традиційних державоцентричних режимів відповідальності. У дослідженні стверджується, що дихотомія між «м’яким» та «твердим» правом зміщується в бік гібридної моделі управління. Ця модель спирається на екстериторіальний «Брюссельський ефект» ЄС, стратегічне використання угод про вільну торгівлю та нормативну базу Рамкової конвенції Ради Європи. Автори пропонують багаторівневий сценарій регулювання для зменшення ризиків регуляторного арбітражу та забезпечення захисту прав людини.Item Group of Business English Skills of University Learners as a Defining Factor for Workplace Competitiveness(State University "Kyiv Aviation Institute", 2025) Vasylyshyna NataliiaLanguage learning strategies are acknowledged as essential components in the pursuit of effective language acquisition. Learners who skillfully implement appropriate strategies are better equipped to navigate uncertainties associated with task demands, express their ideas, and evaluate their own competencies. A significant challenge faced by non-native speakers is the dual task of developing writing skills while simultaneously learning the language. The focus on strategies, particularly in relation to academic writing, has often been overlooked, especially among learners with lower levels of proficiency. In the realm of second and foreign language education, both educators and researchers have concentrated on identifying and applying the language learning strategies employed by successful learners. It is suggested that proficient language learners may utilize unique strategies that could benefit others. There is a prevailing belief that language learning strategies can significantly improve the current landscape of academic writing, which poses various challenges for university students. Стратегії вивчення мови визнані важливими компонентами у прагненні до ефективного оволодіння мовою. Учні, які вміло застосовують відповідні стратегії, краще підготовлені до подолання невизначеностей, пов'язаних з вимогами завдань, висловлення своїх ідей та оцінки власних компетенцій. Значною проблемою, з якою стикаються неносії мови, є подвійне завдання розвитку навичок письма та одночасного вивчення мови. Акцент на стратегіях, особливо стосовно академічного письма, часто ігнорується, особливо серед учнів з нижчим рівнем володіння мовою. У сфері освіти з другої та іноземної мов, як викладачі, так і дослідники зосереджувалися на визначенні та застосуванні стратегій вивчення мови, що використовуються успішними учнями. Вважається, що ті, хто добре володіє мовою, можуть використовувати унікальні стратегії, які можуть бути корисними для інших. Існує поширена думка, що стратегії вивчення мови можуть значно покращити сучасний стан академічного письма, що створює різні труднощі для студентів університетів.
