    Digital Resources Usage in the Development of Opinion Essay Writing Skills of Master Degree Students Majoring for Specialties 292 “International Economic Relations and Business” as well as 293 “International Law” within the Study of the Discipline “Busines

    The topicality of the current research is proved by the fact that the quality of education in the aspect of the development of professional skills of today's university graduates is an extremely complex concept, connected with many aspects of social life, and, moreover, it has no generally accepted evaluation system. However, the main parameter of quality is the correspondence of the paradigm and strategies of teaching with the entrepreneurial type of university - University 3.0. The article shows that the widespread rapid development of this type of university in the world has marked a transition to a proactive model of generating technologies, talents, markets and market services, within which universities are turning into city-forming centers of economic clusters. Accordingly, both the approach to the formation of professional competence of graduates and the concept of this competence itself are changing. According to the 3.0 model, the training of innovative specialists is directly related to the development of entrepreneurial skills, metacognitive skills, self-education skills, and the ability to produce one's own knowledge and scientific products. The purpose of this article is to analyze the main aspects of teaching English learners majoring in master's degrees at higher educational institutions writing opinion essay, which increase the educational motivation of students, as well as contribute to their professional development and personal growth. The tasks of the current research include firstly theoretical part aimed at revealing main modern techniques of writing opinion essay and secondly the current research is aimed at providing real essay possible topics for specialties 292 “International Economic Relations and Business” and 293 “International Law” supported with practical opinion essay examples. The outcomes of the paper have revealed the application of value competence approach in the frame of teaching opinion essay writing, that have witnessed the importance of critical thinking development and creation of multifaceted ideas. The results of the theoretical and practical sections of the on-going research have demonstrated the next modern outcomes: eight basic principles of writing a successful essay by university undergraduate; selection of opinion essay’s topics in legal, economic and business areas; two example of correct opinion essay for both specialties. The importance of the current research can be proved with the provision of essential opinion essay writing tips to be considered by modern university lecturers in order to develop opinion essay writing skills in modern Master Degree Students. Актуальність даного дослідження підтверджується тим, що на сьогоднішній день якість освіти в аспекті формування професійних компетенцій випускників закладів вищої освіти (далі - ЗВО) є надзвичайно складним питанням, пов’язаним з багатьма аспектами суспільного життя. Проте основним параметром якості є відповідність парадигми та стратегії навчання підприємницькому типу ЗВО – Університету 3.0. У статті показано, що повсюдний бурхливий розвиток такого типу університетів у світі ознаменував перехід до проактивної моделі генерації технологій, талантів, ринків і ринкових послуг, у рамках якої університети перетворюються на містоутворюючі центри економічних кластерів. Відповідно змінюється як підхід до формування професійної компетентності випускників, так і саме поняття цієї компетентності. Відповідно до моделі 3.0 підготовка спеціалістів-новаторів безпосередньо пов’язана з розвитком підприємницьких компетенцій, метакогнітивних навичок, навичок самоосвіти, здатності продукувати власні знання та науковий продукт. Метою даної статті є аналіз основних аспектів навчання студентів англійської мови, які навчаються за освітою магістра вищих навчальних закладів, написання есе, які підвищують навчальну мотивацію студентів, а також сприяють їх професійному розвитку та особистісному зростанню. Завдання поточного дослідження охоплюють, по-перше, теоретичну частину, спрямовану на розкриття основних сучасних технік написання думок, а по-друге, поточне дослідження спрямоване на забезпечення реальних можливих тем есе для спеціальностей 292 «Міжнародні економічні відносини та бізнес» та 293 «Міжнародне право», які доповнюються практичними прикладами есе. Результати роботи розкрили застосування ціннісно-компетентнісного підходу в рамках навчання написання есе, що засвідчило важливість розвитку критичного мислення та створення багатоаспектних ідей. Результати теоретичної та наукової частин дослідження продемонстрували наступні сучасні результати: вісім основних принципів написання успішного есе студентом університету; список тематики есе юридичній, економічній та бізнес-сферах; два приклади правильного есе для обох спеціальностей. Важливість поточного дослідження може бути підтверджена наданням важливих порад щодо написання есе, які повинні враховуватися викладачами сучасних університетів з метою розвитку навичок написання есе сучасними студентами магістратури.
