Оцінка ефективності транспортно-технологічних процесів авіаційних робіт в умовах криз та ризиків

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена оцінці ефективності транспортно-технологічних процесів авіаційних робіт в умовах криз та підвищених ризиків на прикладі діяльності ТОВ «Одеський авіаційний завод». У роботі розкрито теоретичні засади організації авіаційних робіт у системі транспортно-логістичного забезпечення, проаналізовано сучасні підходи до управління транспортно-технологічними процесами та обґрунтовано роль безпілотних літальних апаратів у підвищенні їх ефективності й стійкості в кризових умовах. В аналітичній частині здійснено комплексну оцінку організаційної, виробничої та фінансово-економічної діяльності підприємства, а також виявлено чинники, що стримують ефективність функціонування транспортно-технологічних процесів. У проєктній частині запропоновано напрями вдосконалення діяльності підприємства шляхом упровадження лінії виробництва та експлуатації БпЛА і використання систем штучного інтелекту для оптимізації та моніторингу транспортно-логістичних процесів, а також проведено економічну оцінку результативності запропонованих рішень.The qualification thesis is devoted to assessing the efficiency of transport and technological processes of aviation operations under crisis conditions and increased risks, using the activities of LLC “Odesa Aviation Plant” as a case study. The paper reveals the theoretical foundations of organizing aviation operations within the transport and logistics system, analyzes modern approaches to managing transport and technological processes, and substantiates the role of unmanned aerial vehicles in improving their efficiency and resilience under crisis conditions.

In the analytical part, a comprehensive assessment of the organizational, production, and financial-economic activities of the enterprise is carried out, and the factors limiting the efficiency of transport and technological processes are identified. In the project part, directions for improving the enterprise’s performance are proposed through the implementation of a UAV production and operation line and the use of artificial intelligence systems for optimizing and monitoring transport and logistics processes, along with an economic evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed solutions.
