L’objectif de ces activités est de continuer à former la compétence socioculturelle, de faire réviser et/ ou apprendre aux étudiants du niveau B1 le vocabulaire concernant la vie quotidienne de la capitale, ses avantages et désavantages, les lieux touristiques, les préférences des Parisiens, leurs visions du confort, les composants principaux du paysage parisien. Le contexte et les activités pour une pratique visant à la compréhension et l’expression orale et écrite se basent sur le texte de la chanson « Les toits de Paris » de Gauvain Sers où le chanteur raconte une certaine philosophie de vie propre aux habitants des derniers étages des immeubles parisiens traditionnels. These include teamwork, creative thinking, complex problem-solving, and adaptability in varied environments. Furthermore, as automation increasingly dominates manufacturing processes, the demand for a diverse skill set will undoubtedly grow. Consequently, colleges and universities must remain at the forefront of curriculum and program development to equip students with the most relevant skills for the evolving economy. The article research results have revealed that students’ core competencies will be always actual, demanded as well as properly identified and formed on conditions of: engaging in continuous dialogue with local businesses and industry representatives at both state and national levels to align practical expectations with academic practices; implementing innovative curricular changes to incorporate real-world expectations throughout all academic programs; equipping students with the skills necessary to collaborate effectively within their field, utilizing technology and working in diverse, multidisciplinary teams; instructing students to apply their disciplinary knowledge in innovative and creative manners; developing a thorough record of student learning that accurately reflects their mastery and educational progress; mapping and analyzing the academic structure of the core curriculum within the system. Moreover, the novelty of the ongoing study might be proved with additional core competencies to the “Business English” curriculum such as a competency of adaptability and leaning flexibility, lifelong-learning competency and partnership competency acquisition of which will increase Bachelors’ academic and professional preparation and enhance their competitiveness on the labor market in certain business sector. Лідери бізнесу та індустрії наполегливо закликають вищі навчальні заклади виховувати випускників, які володіють не лише досвідом у відповідних галузях, але й критично важливими навичками спілкування. До них належать командна робота, творче мислення, складне вирішення проблем і здатність адаптуватися до різноманітних умов. Крім того, оскільки автоматизація все більше домінує у виробничих процесах, попит на різноманітні навички, безсумнівно, зростатиме. Отже, університети повинні залишатися провідними у розробці навчальних планів і програм, щоб озброїти студентів відповідними навичками для економіки, що розвивається. Результати дослідження статті показали, що основні компетенції студентів завжди будуть актуальними, затребуваними, а також належним чином визначеними та сформованими за умов: участі в постійному діалозі з місцевим бізнесом та представниками промисловості як на державному, так і на національному рівнях для узгодження практичних очікувань з академічними практиками; впровадження інноваційних змін у навчальні програми для включення конкурентних компетентностей у всі академічні програми; озброєння студентів навичками, необхідними для ефективної співпраці в своїй галузі, використовуючи технології та працюючи в різноманітних, мультидисциплінарних командах; навчати студентів застосовувати свої дисциплінарні знання в новаторських і творчих ситуаціях. The important role of the use of imagination in maintaining the students’ motivation to study is noted due to the creative nature of tasks, the removal of psychological barriers in the assimilation of foreign language material, a positive emotional background in the classroom, increased involuntary attention and memorization. Examples of texts and tasks for teaching foreign language writing are given, which stimulate creativity, imagination, extraordinary thinking of students. It is concluded that when teaching a foreign language writing, appealing to the imagination of students, the didactic sequence involves two stages when creating a written utterance: 1) familiarization with a sample text borrowed from fiction, journalistic, popular science literature / written by a teacher for educational purposes; 2) the implementation of post-text tasks developed by the teacher and aimed at forming certain language skills and developing speech skills. The principle of non-intervention, enshrined in the UN Charter, is designed to safeguard state sovereignty against external coercive interference but encounters difficulties due to the anonymity of actions and the ambiguity of harm in cyberoperations. International frameworks, such as the Tallinn Manual 2.0, establish minimum protection standards; however, the absence of clear criteria results in legal gaps. The principle of reciprocity encourages states to enhance their defenses against cyberinterference, promoting the harmonization of national legal frameworks. The international governance system for cyberspace seeks to balance state interests with global security, thereby fostering stability in the digital realm. У цій статті аналізуються ключові проблеми застосування принципу невтручання в міжнародному праві до кібератак, зосереджуючись на таких питаннях, як атрибуція, визначення порогу примусу та адаптація традиційних норм до цифрової сфери. Принцип невтручання, закріплений у Статуті ООН, покликаний захистити суверенітет держав від зовнішнього примусового втручання, але стикається з труднощами через анонімність дій та неоднозначність шкоди в кіберопераціях. Міжнародні рамки, такі як Талліннський посібник 2.0, встановлюють мінімальні стандарти захисту; однак відсутність чітких критеріїв призводить до правових прогалин. Принцип взаємності заохочує держави посилювати свій захист від кібервтручання, сприяючи гармонізації національних правових баз. By assessing the benefits, drawbacks, and ethical implications of utilizing AI tools in academic writing, this research illuminates the potential effects of AI on writing methodologies and the quality of academic work. The results provide a detailed understanding of the advantages of incorporating AI in academic writing, including improved efficiency, precision, and accessibility, while also addressing the challenges related to the absence of subjectivity, algorithmic bias, and excessive dependence on technology. Ethical issues associated with the use of AI in academic writing, such as plagiarism detection, data privacy, and fairness, are also examined. This study enhances the current body of literature by offering a thorough analysis of the ramifications of AI technology on academic writing practices and ethical standards, emphasizing the necessity for collaboration, education, and responsible technology application to promote academic integrity and innovation. Suggestions for future research are proposed to further investigate the influence of AI on critical thinking, establish ethical guidelines for AI utilization in academia, and assess the effectiveness of AI tools across various writing genres. This research highlights the significance of navigating the complexities of AI technology in academic writing to leverage its advantages while maintaining ethical principles and encouraging a culture of responsible technological advancement. The purpose of the article is to present the theoretical and practical grounds for revealing beneficial and harmful effect of the introduction of artificial intelligence into the educational process of shaping essay writing skills in modern Bachelor degree students. The scientific value of this research can be proved with eight essay samples on topic “Crucial Issues in International Law 2025”. The research outcomes have witnessed that despite the many benefits and drawbacks linked to AI writing tools, one thing is evident: this technology should be viewed as an additional resource to your content strategy rather than a replacement for human authors. Machines are bound to make mistakes, and it is crucial to have real writers to make those important choices – even though they too can be prone to errors. Ця стаття досліджує галузь, що стрімко розвивається: галузь штучного інтелекту в академічному письмі, аналізуючи складний взаємозв'язок між технологіями та науковою комунікацією. Оцінюючи переваги, недоліки та етичні наслідки використання інструментів ШІ в академічному письмі, це дослідження висвітлює потенційний вплив ШІ на методології письма та якість академічної роботи. Результати дають детальне розуміння переваг інтеграції ШІ в академічне письмо, включаючи підвищення ефективності, точності та доступності, а також вирішують проблеми, пов'язані з відсутністю суб'єктивності, алгоритмічної упередженості та надмірної залежності від технологій. Також розглядаються етичні питання, пов'язані з використанням ШІ в академічному письмі, такі як виявлення плагіату, конфіденційність даних та справедливість. Це дослідження розширює сучасний корпус літератури, пропонуючи ретельний аналіз наслідків технології ШІ для практики академічного письма та етичних стандартів, підкреслюючи необхідність співпраці, освіти та відповідального застосування технологій для сприяння академічній доброчесності та інноваціям. Запропоновано пропозиції для майбутніх досліджень для подальшого вивчення впливу ШІ на критичне мислення, встановлення етичних рекомендацій щодо використання ШІ в академічних колах та оцінки ефективності інструментів ШІ в різних жанрах письма. Це дослідження підкреслює важливість подолання складнощів технології штучного інтелекту в академічному письмі для використання її переваг, водночас дотримуючись етичних принципів та заохочуючи культуру відповідального технологічного прогресу. Мета статті полягає у викладенні теоретичних та практичних обґрунтувань для виявлення корисного та шкідливого впливу впровадження штучного інтелекту в навчальний процес формування навичок написання есе у сучасних студентів бакалаврату. Наукову цінність цього дослідження можна підтвердити вісьмома зразками есе на тему «Актуальні питання міжнародного права 2025». Результати дослідження засвідчили, що, незважаючи на численні переваги та недоліки, пов’язані з інструментами для написання текстів на основі штучного інтелекту, одне очевидне: цю технологію слід розглядати як додатковий ресурс до вашої контент-стратегії, а не як заміну авторам-людям. Машини неминуче помиляються, і вкрай важливо мати справжніх авторів, які прийматимуть цей важливий вибір, навіть якщо вони також можуть бути схильні до помилок.Item Artificial Intelligence Usage In Students’ Academic Writing: on the Example of the Thesis of the Jurisprudence Section From the Collection of Works(National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Institute of Artificial Intelligence Problems MES of Ukraine and NAS of Ukraine, 2025) Vasylyshyna NataliiaThe actuality of ongoing research witnesses that integration of digital tools into academic writing has been demonstrated to significantly enhance students' writing skills across various educational levels. Instruments such as automatic grammar checkers, reference management systems, plagiarism detection software, and collaboration platforms support students in creating more organized and academically compliant writing. This digital transformation not only contributes to the technical improvement of writing skills but also enhances educational accessibility, offering broader opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds to develop their abilities. Moreover, AI technologies, including AIdriven digital writing assistants, further improve the quality of writing by reducing grammatical errors and expanding vocabulary. The mission of ongoing research aims to fulfill three interconnected goals, such as: firstly, to present types of academic writing most frequently applied during shaping writing skills for university learners; secondly, demonstrate on practice the example of the thesis of the jurisprudence section from the collection of works on the theme “The Right to Inclusive Education and its Provision in the Civil Law Field”; thirdly, to evaluate the impact of artificial intelligence on academic writing skills development. The research findings have revealed that despite the substantial advantages that digital tools offer, there are potential downsides. An over-reliance on technology may hinder the development of essential analytical skills and creativity, which are crucial components of effective writing. As a result, the wider implications for digital literacy curricula underscore the need for a balanced approach. Digital tools should be integrated thoughtfully, accompanied by clear guidance to ensure they enhance rather than replace critical thinking and creative writing skills. Additionally, professional development for educators is vital to ensure they are well-equipped to help students use these tools effectively, fostering both technical proficiency and independent, creative thought. As a recommendation, the research advocates for a careful integration of digital tools, stressing that these resources should augment fundamental academic writing skills rather than replace them. Furthermore, digital literacy training is essential, especially for students with limited access to technology. It is crucial for educational institutions to provide digital literacy training, enabling students to effectively leverage digital tools to enhance their academic writing capabilities. Актуальність поточних досліджень свідчить про те, що інтеграція цифрових інструментів в академічне письмо продемонструвала значне покращення письмових навичок студентів на різних рівнях освіти. Такі інструменти, як автоматичні засоби перевірки граматики, системи управління посиланнями, програмне забезпечення для виявлення плагіату та платформи для співпраці, допомагають студентам у створенні більш організованого та академічно відповідного письма. Ця цифрова трансформація не тільки сприяє технічному вдосконаленню навичок письма, але й підвищує доступність освіти, пропонуючи ширші можливості для студентів з різним досвідом для розвитку своїх здібностей. Крім того, технології штучного інтелекту, включаючи цифрові помічники з письма на основі штучного інтелекту, ще більше покращують якість письма, зменшуючи кількість граматичних помилок та розширюючи словниковий запас. Місія поточного дослідження спрямована на досягнення трьох взаємопов'язаних цілей, таких як: по-перше, представити типи академічного письма, які найчастіше застосовуються під час формування письмових навичок у студентів університетів; по-друге, продемонструвати на практиці дисертацію розділу з юриспруденції зі збірки праць на тему «Право на інклюзивну освіту та її забезпечення в галузі цивільного права»; по-третє, оцінити вплив штучного інтелекту на розвиток навичок академічного письма. Результати дослідження показали, що, незважаючи на суттєві переваги, які пропонують цифрові інструменти, вони мають і потенційні недоліки. Надмірна залежність від технологій може перешкоджати розвитку основних аналітичних навичок та креативності, які є ключовими компонентами ефективного письма. Як наслідок, ширші наслідки для навчальних програм з цифрової грамотності підкреслюють необхідність збалансованого підходу. Цифрові інструменти слід інтегрувати продумано, супроводжуючи їх чіткими інструкціями, щоб забезпечити їх покращення, а не заміну критичного мислення та навичок творчого письма. Крім того, професійний розвиток освітян є життєво важливим для того, щоб вони були добре оснащені, щоб допомогти учням ефективно використовувати ці інструменти, сприяючи як технічній майстерності, так і самостійному, творчому думці. Як рекомендацію, дослідження пропонує ретельну інтеграцію цифрових інструментів, наголошуючи, що ці ресурси повинні доповнювати фундаментальні навички академічного письма, а не замінювати їх. Крім того, навчання цифровій грамотності є важливим, особливо для учнів з обмеженим доступом до технологій.
