The article considers the theoretical foundations of artificial intelligence in ensuring a sustainable labor market. Визначено основні типи даних і процесів, що потребують захисту, та охарактеризовано можливості сучасних інструментів моніторингу й реагування на загрози. Наголошено на важливості формування політики інформаційної безпеки відповідно до міжнародних стандартів.
